What We Do
EMICO delivers corrective and preventive maintenance programs for wheeled and tracked platforms across Indonesia’s defense and security institutions. Our technical team manages the complete maintenance cycle — from fault diagnosis and component repair through vehicle restoration and return-to-service documentation.
Field repair capability is supported by rapid-response technician deployment and a dedicated workshop facility in Jakarta. Vehicle restoration programs address structural, mechanical, and systems-level degradation on aged or damaged platforms, returning units to serviceable condition within defined operational timelines.
All maintenance work is documented to TNI/Kemhan technical standards and traceable through our quality control system.
Scope of Work
What the MRO Program Covers
Each engagement is scoped to the specific platform, operational condition, and maintenance interval requirements of the client unit. The following areas constitute the standard scope of EMICO MRO programs.
Corrective Maintenance
Fault diagnosis, component repair, and restoration of disabled vehicles to operational status, with full root-cause documentation.
Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled inspection and servicing per OEM and TNI maintenance intervals to sustain platform availability and prevent unplanned downtime.
Field & Depot Repair
On-site rapid-response repair teams deployable to unit locations, backed by full workshop depot capability at the Jakarta facility.
Vehicle Restoration
Full structural and mechanical restoration of aged or battle-damaged platforms, returning vehicles to defined serviceability standards.
Technical Documentation
Maintenance logs, inspection reports, and compliance records produced to TNI/Kemhan standards, retained in a traceable quality control system.
Crew Familiarization
